About Me - a Pet Portrait Artist
I was born on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus but grew up in London where I trained and worked as an Illustrator. I attended St Martin’s and Central School of Art as a part time student, whilst working at an Art Studio, I worked here for almost 10 years before going freelance. I moved out of London soon after getting Married, and now live with my family in the lovely Worcestershire countryside that inspired the composer Elgar.
I worked as a Freelance Illustrator for over 15 years until the birth of my second child, receiving regular commissions from leading publishers, magazines, design companies and some advertising agencies. At one point I was represented in the UK, USA and Europe.

As my children grew up, I started to think more and more about painting. I started getting commissions for Pet Portraits, which I love doing, and as result was encouraged to set up a website as people felt that I was offering something unique.
I work from a studio at Blue Ginger which is a wonderful and welcoming arts and crafts centre set in lovely countryside, with a gallery, shop and coffee shop selling fair-trade teas and coffees and lovely homemade food.
Apart from my commissions I am working towards my first one woman exhibition.
Wishing you all good health and success.

This is one of my favourite quotes because everyone can be inspired, creative and full of passion to achieve the best they can, regardless of age, sex, background, race or religion.
‘You grow old when you cease to dream.
Look ahead, for at all times you are gazing into infinite life.’
